Part of our mindfulness collection, our beautifully crafted infinity breathing board is designed to help children, young people and adults practice their breathing techniques. As they trace around the left side they inhale and then as they move to the right side they exhale. They can do this with their finger or by pushing a small wooden ball (included) around the board. We have engraved the words Inhale and Exhale on the board as reminders of the breathing practise.
Breathing boards are brilliant way to help your child practice the art of mindfulness and gratitude. Taking a few minutes out of their day to sit with their board and trace the lines can really help them refocus and keep calm. It's also a great resource to use with children who suffer from anxiety or overwhelm.
